Been awhile since I posted up on here, but I just haven’t had much time, haha. Despite that, today was great. Had Travis over last night and that’s always a blast. Then helped my mother pick out some stuff for a birthday party for friends of the family. Then I hung out with Alex for the rest of the day. Pretty good stuff! I’m looking to update some of the website soon, so hang tight. Take it easy!

I just got back from a basketball game, and they are absolutely too much fun, haha. Even though the guys lost (Girls won!), it was a great time. I really wish I had started going to games my freshmen year because it’s a lot more fun than I expected. On a side note, I’m still trying to determine what I’m doing for college music auditions, but evidently I’m doing trumpet and piano as that seems to be the best course of action. I guess we’ll just see how this unfolds as auditions get closer and closer, hahaha.

Well after an awesome, long day 5 weekend, I can say I’ve been quite busy. I had my very first birthday party of my entire life, and to boot, it was a surprise birthday party. Pretty crazy stuff to say the least, haha. I’ve been swamped with homework over Physics, Calculus, and A.P. Government, but I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one going through this, heh. College is proving to be extremely annoying in terms of the auditioning process for the fine arts program because I have absolutely no idea what to do as I cannot audition on bass or guitar. I’d rather not audition on trumpet, but evidently you have to audition on the instrument you want to play throughout college, in which my preference has been double bass, besides the lack of a double bass within my home, haha. It’s just a tough situation in general apparently. As for this particular website and other coding projects, it’s been mostly at a halt due to a lot of crap getting in the way, so the website still looks particularly boring and the lack of coding projects keeps me more unmotivated by the second, haha. Anyway, hopefully I can get back into the cycle of projects, otherwise I’m going to be in bad shape by the time college rolls around.

Currently, I’m putting off homework until later and waiting for the Resident Evil 5 demo to fully download which I’m sure will be full of win to put it into geek terms, haha. I haven’t done much in updating the website, but as soon as I’m done recording ‘Catching Fireflies,’ I think I’ll jump right into the action so I can finish up my portfolio pages. As another update, I also received my KMEA music for Jazz band which is very, very exciting. Great day overall. And well… if you’ve got a 360, download the Resident Evil 5 demo.
